Has your session expired or has someone accidentally closed the session?
Here is the procedure to reconnect to your HypnoVR account
- To reopen your session, you must first connect the headset to the Internet. To do this, go to the virtual reality headset settings (double-click MENU button) then click on the "WIFI" icon 📡
- Activate WLAN then choose your network (generally the simplest way is to use your phone's hotspot, hospital networks often use a connection portal that doesn't work with our VR headsets).
- Once the headset is connected to the Internet, press the BACK button on the headset until you return to HypnoVR. If the small wifi icon is green, you can now enter your credentials.
- Once everything is working 👏, you can go back to the settings to turn off WIFI (not mandatory but it helps save battery slightly).
